1. Exhibits will be placed outside the meeting room where the program is taking place.

2. The opportunity to exhibit is open to all pharmaceutical companies or commercial supporters.

3. The sponsorship fees consist of the following:

• GOLD: $2,500.00 for a premium exhibit location with extensive space (Larger table)

  
  

• SILVER: $2,000.00 for a standard exhibit location with standard space (Smaller table)

  
  

• BRONZE: $1,500.00 for a program brochure sponsorship only (no exhibit space)
