Exhibitor Registration: SESHP's 15th Annual CE at Sea

The Southeast Society of Health-System Pharmacists (SESHP) is planning our 15th annual General C.E. Program at Sea from Jan 16th to 20th, 2025. This event will occur at Sea. We anticipate approximately 60 participants representing health-systems from across the Southeast Florida area. At the meeting, we are planning to provide a separate exhibit area for representatives to interact with attendees.

Please note the following:

1. Exhibits will be placed outside the meeting room where the program is taking place.

2. The opportunity to exhibit is open to all pharmaceutical companies or commercial supporters.

3. The sponsorship fees consist of the following:

• Large Exhibit - $5,000 for a large exhibit table, brochure and lodging (1 balcony cabin) and reverse expo

  
  

• Standard Exhibit - $3,500 for a standard exhibit table, brochure and lodging (1 ocean view cabin)

  
  

• Brochure Only - $2,500 no exhibit but brochure only and lodging (1 inside cabin)

Credit Card processing fee (2.5%) will be added to credit card payment
